THE SEARCH FOR OUR COSMIC NEIGHBORS

Josh's review is for THE SEARCH FOR OUR COSMIC NEIGHBORS by Chloe Savage, which sounds like a nonfiction book on SETI or NASA, but is really science fiction about a crew of tired astronauts about to call it quits. Aside from the great depiction of how exhausting life in space must be, and the gorgeous painterly illustrations, COSMIC NEIGHBORS is fascinating as the third book in her Hidden Wonders series, which are not a continuous narrative series per se, but have thematic elements in common. Humorous, beautiful, and lyrical. More sci fi picture books, please.
