Return Policy

Initiating a Return:
You have a 10-day window from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt, and any issues should be reported within 10 days for timely resolution.

Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, with no damage beyond normal wear and tear. Ensure it remains unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Failure to adhere to these conditions may render the item ineligible for a refund.

Receipt and Proof of Purchase:
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Please retain this documentation for the refund process.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, sale items, gift cards, or any digital products (e.g., eBooks), cannot be returned. To expedite receiving the desired item, we recommend returning the original item. Once the return is approved, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing justification. The conditions for return are the same as outlined above.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund posting.

International Returns:
For international returns, please be aware of any specific instructions or conditions related to return shipping costs, import/export duties, and processing time.
