    Great for bonding

I bought this book as a gift for my niece. She loves to be read to and I find reading children's books together is one of the best bonding opportunities even for someone like me who never quite knows what to do with kids before they can speak in full sentences :).

I was particularly glad to find such a STEM focused story with a female protagonist for this age group, and the illustrations of Kathy Q is absolutely charming. I can't wait to enjoy with my niece!!

    Fun book for my kids

I love how the main character is female and the book has a STEM component. It's such a positive book for young kids to be exposed. My kids love to make belief they are making a new machine that does silly things just like Kathi did.

Kathi Q Built a Book my Boys Love

Just got Kathi Q in the mail today and had to read it twice in a row right after school and again at bedtime! My kids loved being in on the twist ending when reading it over again. Silly story, loveable character, and beautiful illustration.
